This is a list of free resources intended to help architects and designers understand environmental factors and easily present them to clients and other stakeholders. Especially when designing in new-to-us locations, it’s crucial to not only have access to climatic data but also be able to see it in an accessible, visual way.

In April 2021, US Architects Declare’s first anniversary, the Steering Committee sent out a survey to all 384 signatory firms with an invitation to answer questions relating to their practices, the Declaration, and Declare as an organizing body. The following text is a summary of responses from representatives of 55 signatory firms, 11% of total firms. Responses to the survey were staggered, as 41 signatories responded by the initial deadline of June 1st and additional practices responded by June 17th. The survey provided valuable information on the demographics of the signatories, how they are acting on the Declaration principles, and how the organization can better support this work.
